When you wake up, before eating anything, be sure to drink a HUGE glass of water – or two. People have claimed seeing benefits from drinking one cup of water to up to 2 liters of water. Drink what you can – it will all help. Then don’t eat right away – give the water at least 20 minutes to work its magic.

 

Why drink water in the morning:

There are many benefits to drinking water in the morning! They include:

  • Cleans out your colon
  • Flushes out toxins
  • Hydrates your skin
  • Strengthens your lymphatic/immune system
